SS/IS/FS Distributor Q & A
1) When will I receive the commission?
A: As long as a case is completed with full payment, your commission will be paid on the 15th of next month.
2) What type of training I have to attend?
A: 3D design, installation training, management training, (chargeable)

6) What services will the company provide to us?
A: The company will provides training (paid or free), quality products, special offer, network marketing platform, etc.
7) Who is responsible for the transportation cost?
A: The purchaser shall responsible for the transportation cost.
8) Who is responsible if the goods damaged when delivery?
A: The cargo transporter shall responsible for the goods damaged base on their rules and regulations.
9) Generally, how long would it take for delivery?
A: Once full payment received, your products will be ready in few days time. The delivery period shall depend on the transporter.
10) How is the payment terms?
